Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only on the same day of placing the order. Cancellation may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged product, please notify our customer support team on the same day of delivery.

Refund Process

Once a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.
